Making an ethics complaint concerning a dental practitioner
Ethics complaints concerning a dental practitioner can be submitted on-site at the Dental Council or by post. The petitioner must submit their own personal information (name, social security or passport number, current address, telephone number, email) and the respondent’s personal information (name, location and address), along with any related documents and details concerning the incident.
